Hey there—I’m David Allmon, Founder & CEO of HopeLinx. I’ve spent over a decade living and working in recovery housing, experiencing every side of the system—from resident to staff, manager to software creator. I saw firsthand how unorganized systems, scattered tools, and endless admin work distracted staff and destroyed the essential connection between staff and residents. This chaos tragically led to staff burnout and residents slipping through the cracks.
My determination to build HopeLinx is fueled by a personal, painful purpose, including the heartbreak of seeing a resident relapse, overdose, and die when I was too buried in administrative tasks to connect with them.
