About HopeLinx

Built on both sides ofrecovery housing.

HopeLinx exists because running a sober living on spreadsheets, group texts, and a whiteboard is a second full-time job — and the person who built this has worked that job.

“My experience on both sides of recovery housing gives me unique insight into the pain points. HopeLinx is built to solve real problems I've experienced firsthand.”

Founder & CEO — operator, in recovery

There are other tools in this space, and some are good. HopeLinx is the one built from inside the house — flat pricing because small houses matter, and support that answers because that's what I always wanted on the other end.

The story

Why I built HopeLinx

I've seen recovery housing from both sides. I've been the person walking into a sober living trying to put my life back together — and later, the person running the house, responsible for everyone else trying to do the same.

When I started operating, the “system” was a whiteboard for beds, a notebook for who paid, a couple of payment apps, a filing box for signatures, and a group text that never stopped. I was the owner, the intake coordinator, the rent collector, and the maintenance line all at once — and most of the operation lived in my head. I lost evenings reconciling things I already knew but couldn't put my hands on.

So I went looking for software. What I found was built for clinical treatment centers — heavy, expensive, full of things a sober living doesn't need — or it was priced per bed or per login, so the better the house did, the more it cost. None of it was built for a house like mine, by anyone who had run one.

So I built the tool I needed. HopeLinx puts the whole operation — beds, dues, intake, compliance — in one place. It's priced flat because small houses matter, and the person who built it still answers when you message, because that's what I always wanted on the other end of the line.

Recovery housing is the work I care about most. Every feature in HopeLinx comes from a real problem — one I've lived, or one an operator has asked us to solve. That's the whole company.

What we do

One platform for the whole operation

Staff, properties, and residents — intelligent tools built specifically for recovery housing, with real value over feature count.

Property management

Every home, room, and bed on one centralized board — occupancy at a glance, maintenance requests with photos, residents assigned to beds with full history.

Employee management

Staff accounts with role-based permissions and per-property scoping, shift reports that document themselves, and notifications that reach the right people.

Resident management

Residents get secure self-service tools — dues payments, forms, grievances, GPS check-ins, chat — while staff get the full operational picture behind them.

How we work

Three things we won't compromise

Operator-first, always

Features come from the houses using the software, not a product roadmap. When operators ask, we build.

Honest pricing

Prices on the website, flat per month, no growth tax. Discounts for nonprofits, startups, and veteran-owned houses.

Real support

You message, a person answers — usually the founder. Operators mention this in reviews more than any feature.
