Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and upgrades mid-cycle are prorated so you only pay the difference.
Are there any setup fees?
Setup fees are optional and based on your organization's needs for onboarding and customization. Startup costs are not required—there's no weeks-long implementation, and we migrate your data with you—but hands-on setup assistance is available if you need it.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial so you can explore the full platform before committing. No credit card required to get started.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Absolutely. We offer special pricing for startups, non-profits, and veteran-owned sober living operations. Contact us to discuss your situation and we'll find the right fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and can accommodate invoicing for enterprise clients. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you take a cut of resident payments?
No. Resident card and Cash App Pay payments go to your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates. HopeLinx takes no cut.
