Our prices are on the website, data migration is included, and when you message us a person answers, usually the founder.

Where the lines cross
- At list price, with every bed billed, HopeLinx Pro ($249 flat) costs less than Oathtrack Diamond from 32 beds, Professional from 50 beds, and Basics from 84 beds.
- At Sobriety Hub's monthly rates, the two are about even at one Full Staff User plus seven Client Managers, or two Full Staff Users plus four ($250 vs $249). Each staff user after that widens the gap.
- Billed yearly, Pro is $2,490 ($207.50 a month), and the crossover is one Full Staff User plus eight Client Managers.
- Below those sizes, these two cost less at list price. On Pro, adding a bed, a house or a staff member adds $0.
Turn on only what you run
17 of HopeLinx's 19 tools have their own on/off switch. Don't do medication counts? Switch the Medication Log off and it disappears for your staff. No vans? Switch off Vehicle & Transport. Property, employee and resident management and your dashboard are always on. On Basic you choose 5 tools. Pro unlocks all 19, and you still switch on only what you run.

Sobriety Hub
You have a small, steady staff. Price follows staff users, and residents, beds and houses cost nothing extra, so a lean team with many beds pays little. A one-time $250 onboarding fee covers form building, data migration, payment setup and two onboarding meetings.
Oathtrack
You have a few beds and want to start small, or you want a 30-day trial. Price follows beds, staff users are unlimited, and data migration is same-day at no extra cost.
One Step
You want resident check-ins, outcomes data and automated rent payments in one sober living tool. Pricing comes through a demo.
Behave Health
You also run treatment, an IOP or a recovery community organization and want an EHR or recovery records next to housing. They offer an insurance billing add-on. Pricing comes as a written quote.

Where HopeLinx may not be the right pick
- You run one small house by yourself. At 8 beds with one person, Oathtrack Basics is about $24 a month and Sobriety Hub is $75 ($65 billed yearly). HopeLinx Basic is $149. If price decides it at that size, they cost less.13
- You also run licensed treatment. HopeLinx is recovery-housing software, not an EHR, and it doesn't do insurance billing. An EHR like Behave Health's is built for that.6
- You want a longer trial. Ours is 7 days, and a person reviews each request first, usually within a few hours. Oathtrack offers 30 days.3
- You need unlimited on the smaller plan. Basic is capped at 3 staff accounts, 50 residents, 5 properties and 5 tools. Unlimited starts at Pro.
