Returns & Refunds

1. Made-to-order means custom

Every item in the HopeLinx Store is produced after you place your order — there's no warehouse of pre-printed stock waiting to ship. That keeps quality high and waste low, but it also means we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Please double-check your size, color, and design before checkout.

2. When we'll make it right

We'll replace your item, refund you, or both, if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or with a print/manufacturing flaw.
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color compared to what you ordered.
  • Your order is lost in transit and tracking confirms it never reached you.

Contact us within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and a clear photo of the issue (for damage or misprint claims). We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method — your choice.

3. What isn't covered

  • Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or design preference after delivery.
  • Damage caused by wear, washing, or care after delivery.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after the ship date.
  • Address errors at checkout (we'll do our best to help, but reshipping fees may apply).

4. How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Visit our contact page or email support@hopelinx.com.
  2. Include your order number (from your confirmation email), what went wrong, and clear photos if the item is damaged or misprinted.
  3. We'll review within one business day and respond with next steps. Most claims are resolved in 2–3 business days.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is sent; depending on your bank, the funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

6. Cancellations

Production starts quickly after checkout. If you need to cancel, email us immediately and we'll do our best — once an order is in production, it generally can't be canceled.
