Made-to-order means custom

Every item in the HopeLinx Store is produced after you place your order — there's no warehouse of pre-printed stock waiting to ship. That keeps quality high and waste low, but it also means we can't accept change-of-mind returns.

Please double-check your size, color, and design before checkout. Each product page includes the sizing details we have available — reach out before you order if you'd like a recommendation.

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Visit our contact page or email support@hopelinx.com.
  2. Include your order number (from your confirmation email), what went wrong, and clear photos if the item is damaged or misprinted.
  3. We'll review within one business day and respond with next steps. Most claims are resolved in 2–3 business days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is sent; depending on your bank, the funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Production starts quickly after checkout. If you need to cancel, email us immediately and we'll do our best — once an order is in production, it generally can't be canceled.
