Shipping Policy

1. Production time
Every HopeLinx Store item is crafted to order. Most orders enter production within 24 hours of payment and take an additional 3–5 business days to produce before they ship.
During high-volume periods (new drops, holiday sales, etc.), production may take slightly longer. We'll always send a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email when it ships.
2. Shipping methods & carriers
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We use a mix of national carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) depending on destination and weight; the carrier and service level you choose at checkout is what gets used.
Standard shipping inside the contiguous United States typically arrives 5–7 business days after your order ships (i.e., total time from order placement is usually 8–12 business days). Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
3. Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping costs and delivery times vary; rates are quoted live at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country of import.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Find your order page anytime with your email and order number to see live status and tracking information.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't able to change addresses once production has started. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
6. Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, check with your local carrier and neighbors first. If it's still missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the ship date at support and we'll work with you on a replacement.
